Getting under the tattoos: Austinites reveal themselves in new poll
April 16, 2015
AUSTIN—Austin-area residents have spoken once again. According to the 2015 Zandan Poll—an Austin-based, Austin-centric public opinion survey—while Austinites describe their city as musical (94 percent), active (90 percent), artistic (89 percent), creative (89 percent), and technologically sophisticated (87 percent), they see themselves as a more toned-down version of the city they call home.

Public opinion poll shows Austin is no longer a city for the dazed and confused
May 8, 2014 AUSTIN—The vast majority of Austin-area residents (77 percent) say that Austin is the “Top City” in the U.S., and nearly three-fourths (74 percent) would recommend living in or around Austin to their friends, according to the inaugural Zandan Poll: Voices of the Austin Community.
